The catch is very secure so no worries about it coming off as you move. Pattern-wise it’s all good, no smudges to spoil the design. Did not need to communicate with the seller for this specific item. What’s good about this bracelet is you can pair it with your watch as it not too big so it won’t be moving everywhere on your arm as you move.
